Description The Acquisition Annotation is an activity in which an image of a labeled (e.g. by DAB staining) brain slice is acquired and annotated. This can follow e.g. a whole-cell patch clamp recording in which individual neurons are filled with biocytin and then stained. In the LNMC laboratory at EPFL, the acquisition and annotation procedure follows the protocol described here: dx.doi.org/10.17504/protocols.io.ujweupe and dx.doi.org/10.17504/protocols.io.ujveun6.
